These Terms govern your use of the Zbulowebsite (the “Site”). By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The service

The Site lets you browse a preview catalog of local activities and join a waitlist for our upcoming launch. It is provided for information only. Bookings, payments, and tickets are not yet available here and will be offered through the Zbulo app once we launch.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist means we may email you when Zbulo becomes available. It does not create any account, guarantee access, reserve any activity, or lock in any price. We may change or discontinue the waitlist at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to disrupt it, accessing it through automated scraping, submitting false or spam sign-ups, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The Zbulo name, branding, and the content on this Site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

No warranty & liability

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the service will launch on any particular timeline. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zbulo is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site.

Changes & governing law
