This policy explains what personal data Zbulo collects, why, and the rights you have over it. It is written to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Albanian Law No. 9887 on the Protection of Personal Data.

Who we are

What we collect

• Waitlist email address — only if you choose to join our waitlist. You provide this voluntarily.
• Basic technical data — standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) generated when you visit the site, used for security and to prevent abuse.

Browsing the public catalog requires no account and no sign-in. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Why we use it & legal basis

• Your consent — to email you once, when Zbulo launches in your area. You can withdraw consent at any time.
• Our legitimate interest — to keep the site secure and prevent spam or abuse of the waitlist form.

We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted processors who act only on our instructions: an email delivery provider (Brevo) to store your waitlist email and send the launch notification, and our hosting provider to run the site. They may process data within the EU/EEA, and any transfer outside it is covered by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist email until we launch and notify you, or until you ask us to remove it — whichever comes first. Server logs are retained for a short period for security purposes only.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, to withdraw consent, to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@zbulo.app and we will respond within the legal time limit. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information and Data Protection Commissioner of the Republic of Albania (IDP).
